Job summary

PT Jeko Elektrindo Jaya in North Jakarta seeks an Assistant to the CEO to provide Mandarin language support and administrative assistance to leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will translate between Mandarin and Indonesian, accompany management in communications and meetings, and coordinate with internal and external parties while handling documents and general admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education.
• Active Mandarin language ability (spoken and written).
• Able to translate between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed according to company needs.
• HSK 3 certificate is a plus.
• Experience as a translator or assistant translator is preferred.
