Job summary

MAMIKOS.com is seeking a results-driven paid marketing specialist to drive user acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and run A/B tests while analyzing data to improve key metrics.

You will collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, and Data teams to uncover growth opportunities and report performance insights to stakeholders. The role requires hands-on experience in digital advertising and strong analytical skills,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in Paid Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
• Experience managing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proficient with analytics/tracking tools like GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking to translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to work independently.
• Experience with campaign tracking implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
• Set up campaigns, manage media spend, audiences, bids, and A/B tests.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to improve CTR, CPA, CAC.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, and Data teams to optimize campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities by reviewing trends, competitors, and new platforms.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps.
