Job summary

Taxsam is seeking a Digital Marketing Staff to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will conduct audience and keyword research, create and test ad assets, monitor performance daily, and report insights to hit targets like ROAS and CPA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine funnel strategies and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of performance marketing experience.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
• Experience with GA/GA4 analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and CRO.
• Data-driven with KPI targeting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns (search, display, video, retargeting, paid social).
• Conduct audience and keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create and test ad materials; optimize landing pages.
• Monitor campaigns daily; optimize budgets, bids, targeting, creatives.
• Analyze data and deliver regular performance reports with insights.
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
