Job summary

PT Eka Bogainti in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and source candidates through multiple channels.

You will screen, interview, and evaluate applicants, coordinate the interview process, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings across our restaurant brands. This role offers growth in a fast-paced hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment techniques and technologies.
• Ability to identify suitable candidates for the organisation.
