Job summary

Made for Ayura is seeking an Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for OORA Skinlabs clinics. You will focus on ROAS, audience targeting, and creative testing to drive bookings and revenue growth.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in digital advertising, with hands-on Meta and Google Ads experience; TikTok Ads is a plus. Collaboration with CRM and clinic teams is essential for lead quality and conversions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of digital advertising experience.
Hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads; TikTok Ads a plus.
Strong understanding of metrics, tracking, and optimization.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Experience in beauty/skincare or healthcare a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across digital platforms.
Develop strategies aligned with marketing objectives and revenue targets.
Manage campaign structures, audience segmentation, placements, bidding, and budgets.
Monitor daily performance; optimize reach, engagement, leads, and CPL/CPA/ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and strategies.
Coordinate with CRM, sales, and clinic teams to monitor lead quality and conversions.
Prepare performance reports including spend, impressions, reach, clicks, leads, and ROAS.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Design, and CRM teams on creatives and messaging.
Ensure budgets stay within approved limits.
