Responsibilities

• Create, set up, and run paid ads on platforms such as Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace Ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads).
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently and with precise targeting.
• Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and AOV to drive performance.
• Optimize product listings, store pages, and seasonal promotions/campaigns on marketplaces.
• Coordinate with design and copywriting teams for advertising materials.
• Analyze advertising performance and daily/monthly sales data to generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness.
• Follow digital trends and platform changes to maximize impact.
