Sekolah.mu is seeking a People Partner Manager to align HR strategy with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations to enable sustainable growth. You will partner with business units, lead talent development and HR analytics, and advise leaders in English and Indonesian within a fast-paced education environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a People Partner/HRBP/Managerial role.
• Proven track record supporting multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, aligning workforce requirements and organizational structures with company goals.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition to fulfill hiring needs and deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Advisory: Guide leaders on performance management, documentation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Talent Development & Engagement: Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and spearhead employee engagement and change management initiatives.
• HR Data & Process Improvement: Use workforce data to generate insights and optimize HR operations.
