Qualifications

• Strong spreadsheet skills and data handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee data across spreadsheets and HRIS.
• Build and manage tracking sheets for all People Operations paperwork tasks.
• Organize employment documents and keep records audit-ready (e.g WLKP, WLFK, E-PKWT, and other related paperwork).
• Support onboarding/offboarding administration (e.g Onboarding Preparations, monitoring probation record, Offboarding).
• Assist with data reconciliation, reporting, and ad-hoc People Ops tasks.
