Job summary

Yayasan Nusantara Sejati in Jakarta Selatan seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will coordinate staffing plans, screening, interviews, offers, and contracts while maintaining accurate HR records in the HRIS.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in HR, with strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, payroll inputs, BPJS systems, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR/HR Generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and related compliance.
• Experience in HR SOPs, policies, and large employee databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment, offering, to onboarding.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle including contracts, status changes, transfers, promotions, extensions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Prepare and manage HR documents, letters, decrees, and personnel files.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal regulations.
• Manage onboarding and probation reviews; support employee relations and disciplinary matters.
