Job summary

Carousell Group in Indonesia is seeking a People Operations & Talent Associate to support Talent Acquisition and People Operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or interns eager to build a career in HR, with exposure to recruitment coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

You will work closely with the People Team to ensure smooth recruitment processes, employee administration, payroll support, and HR documentation, gaining regional experience across Indonesia,

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Recruitment or HR Operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including postings and scheduling.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding and payroll support.
• Maintain candidate records and HR data in systems.
• Support HR documentation, reporting and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers.
