Job summary

POSe.id is seeking an enthusiastic student or fresh graduate to join our recruitment team in Indonesia. You will support sourcing, interview coordination, and the onboarding process, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in psychology, management, or HR with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and have opportunities to learn and grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or other relevant majors.
• Have a strong interest in recruitment and Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team.
• Available to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Participate in recruitment activities and mass hiring projects.
