Job summary

Loluna is seeking an HR Executive to support the team across the employee lifecycle, from talent sourcing to training and day-to-day office operations. This role will interact with managers and staff to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key duties include screening CVs, coordinating interviews, preparing recruitment documents, onboarding, training, engagement activities, office logistics, asset inventory, and general HR administration such as BPJS and payroll basics.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and good follow-through in HR tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different HR functions.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Prepare recruitment documents (assessments, background checks, contracts, etc.)
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate internal training and workshops
• Support employee engagement programs and internal events
• Manage office logistics and vendor coordination
• Monitor office supplies and maintain asset inventory
• Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
