Job summary

Folx TV seeks an HR & People Operations Manager to own end-to-end HR across the group with a strong focus on recruiting live hosts and talent for our fast-growing live commerce operations. The role is on-site in Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Tangerang, Indonesia.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, design KPI/OKR frameworks, and maintain HRIS Talenta for attendance, leave, and employee data, while shaping policies and supporting the GA team on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR, People Operations, GA, or a comparable role.
• Preferred background in MCN, live commerce agency, talent agency, retail, or e-commerce brands.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly for live host and talent positions.
• Working knowledge of KPI/OKR, performance review, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS Talenta is an advantage.
• Familiar with candidate assessment methods such as behavioral interviewing or psychometric testing.
• Able to handle people issues firmly, objectively, and communicatively.
• Detail-oriented and organized in administrative work.
• High integrity, honest, and trustworthy.
• A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is a plus; relevant experience matters more.

Responsibilities

Role Description

HR & People Operations Manager owns end-to-end HR across the group's divisions, with a heavy emphasis on building the talent engine behind our live commerce operation. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Tangerang.

You will run full-cycle recruitment for multiple divisions, with live host and talent hiring as the top priority and build a recruitment pipeline that keeps pace with how fast the group is growing. You will help design and run our KPI/OKR framework and performance review cycle, keep HRIS (Mekari Talenta) clean and current across attendance, leave, and employee data, and handle employee relations issues including discipline, workplace conflict, and internal communication. You will develop the policies, SOPs, and HR systems the company needs to operate in a more orderly and scalable way, and you will supervise and support the GA team on office and daily operational needs.
