As our People Operations & Business Excellence Manager, you will hold a critical leadership position driving organizational efficiency, employee performance, and workplace operations. We are looking for an execution-driven leader who views HR and Office Administration through an operational lens.
In this role, you will be responsible for building operational infrastructure—including SOPs, KPIs, and employee development programs—while managing daily HR functions, facility administration, and vendor compliance to maintain a lean, secure, and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Optimization, SOPs & KPIs:
Audit existing company workflows across all departments to eliminate operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
Design, implement, and enforce standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalable and uniform operations.
Establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per department, guide performance reviews, and implement continuous employee training and development programs.
General Affairs & Facility Management:
Manage office facilities, building operations, utilities, and office supplies procurement to maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped work environment.
Oversee vendor relationships, service providers, and lease agreements (e.g., IT infrastructure maintenance, office cleaning, security, catering, and office equipment).
Manage company assets, inventory tracking, vehicle fleet maintenance, and facility security protocols.
Handle business permits, legal documentation, operational licensing, and regulatory compliance with local authorities.
Day-to-Day HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, candidate screening, interviewing, and structured employee onboarding/offboarding.
Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, time-off approvals, and routine monthly payroll/benefits processing.
Handle employee relations, address workplace issues or grievances promptly, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Maintain up-to-date personnel records, employee databases, and office administrative files.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing HR and General Affairs (HRGA) functions, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling business environment.
SOP & Process Design: Proven ability to build SOPs, define role KPIs, and optimize daily operational workflows from the ground up.
General Affairs Expertise: Solid background in facility management, asset tracking, vendor management, and administrative compliance.
Core HR Competency: Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, labor regulations, payroll processing, and employee relations.
Leadership & Problem Solving: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to solve operational challenges independently.
