This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong process design skills, and the ability to partner across departments to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing HR and General Affairs (HRGA) functions.
• SOP & Process Design: Proven ability to build SOPs, define role KPIs, and optimize daily operational workflows from the ground up.
• General Affairs Expertise: Solid background in facility management, asset tracking, vendor management, and administrative compliance.
• Core HR Competency: Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations.
• Leadership & Problem Solving: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to solve operational challenges independently.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing company workflows across all departments to eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
• Design, implement, and enforce standardized SOPs to ensure scalable and uniform operations.
• Establish KPIs per department, guide performance reviews, and implement training and development programs.
• Manage office facilities, building operations, utilities, procurement, and supplies to maintain a safe and well-equipped environment.
• Oversee vendor relationships, lease agreements, IT infrastructure maintenance, security, catering, and office equipment.
• Handle business permits, legal documentation, licensing and regulatory compliance with local authorities.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, screening, interviewing, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage attendance, leaves, time-off approvals, and payroll/benefits processing.
• Maintain personnel records, employee databases, and office admin files.
