Job summary

Fazz in Jakarta centers its people by planning and executing employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, team-building, recognition programs and culture events. You will coordinate logistics, maintain engagement calendars, and help deliver onboarding experiences with materials, welcome kits and orientation agendas for new hires, while improving onboarding guides and process documentation.

This role supports the rollout of internal culture and values campaigns to strengthen the employee

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, team-building activities, recognition programs, and culture events
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, materials preparation, scheduling, and attendance tracking to ensure smooth execution
• Manage engagement calendars and maintain organized documentation of past initiatives and outcomes
• Assist in delivering onboarding experiences by preparing materials, welcome kits, and orientation agendas for new hires
• Maintain and continuously improve onboarding guides, templates, and process documentation
• Support the rollout of internal culture and values-based campaigns to strengthen employee experience
