• 6+ years experience as a marketer in Indonesia, with a mix of brand, go-to-market, and partnerships experience, ideally in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
• Deep experience leading marketing initiatives from insights to integrated execution.
• Experience partnering with global/regional teams to activate a brand strategy locally.

• Build the product and platform with the Local Business Team and partner agencies.
• Lead year-round local marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign development.

• Partner with other marketing and cross-functional teams regionally and globally to achieve business objectives, including user growth, product, content, partnerships, and more.

• Execute The Global Brand Strategy And Guidelines With Local Insights And Cultural Relevance;
• Partner With Other Marketing And X-functional Teams Regionally And Globally To Achieve Business Objectives, Including User Growth, Product, Content, Partnerships, And More.

Requirement
