PT Agro Lino Sejahtera seeks an HR Generalist to oversee HR, General Affairs, Operations, Organization Development and People Development, ensuring smooth daily activity and supporting our people and organization.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, recruitment support, policy implementation, office administration, learning programs, engagement initiatives, and maintaining confidential records.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience (HR Generalist, People & Culture or similar).
• Manufacturing experience preferred and strong HR & admin knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR activities including employee administration, attendance, leave, HR documentation, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain talent.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, systems and processes.
• Manage general affairs and office administration, including facilities, vendors, supplies and workplace services.
• Support smooth daily operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support organization development initiatives, including organizational structure, workforce planning, performance management and process improvement.
• Coordinate and support employee learning, training, development and career programs.
• Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to create a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR-related documentation.
