About the Role

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously in our support system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating help articles and FAQs.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and company quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and common computer applications.
