Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 4 years of payroll operations experience.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll in multi-entity environments.
• Strong analytical and Excel data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of payroll governance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycle from input to reporting.
• Validate payroll results and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and document payroll processes, rules, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Human Capital, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Data teams.
