Cetta Online Class is seeking a payroll administrator for a focused 2-month project in Jakarta. You will manage end-to-end payroll for employees, tutors, freelancers, and interns, ensuring data aligns with contracts and project records.

The role requires meticulous data handling, familiarity with ERP/payroll systems, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines while communicating clearly with team leaders and finance.

Competenze

• Experience handling payroll end to end.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HRM, Management, or related field.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting payroll deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and confident with numbers.
• Familiar with ERP or payroll systems (is a plus).
• Able to manage and maintain large volumes of data.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and digital administrative systems.
• Good communication skills, adaptive, and proactive.
• Able to commit for the full 2-months project period.

• Run payroll for employees, tutors, freelancers, and interns
• Keep payroll data consistent with contracts, project fees, and Finance records
• Update active and inactive data, and track joiners, resignations, and status changes
• Collect project fees from team leaders and divisions
• Match payroll data with ERP records such as employee ID, status, dates, salary, bank account, and job title
