Job summary

Cetta Online Class sedang membuka peluang freelance untuk mengelola payroll karyawan, tutor, freelancer, dan magang secara menyeluruh. Posisi ini bersifat remote dengan durasi kontrak 2 bulan yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan.

Tugas mencakup penyelarasan data payroll dengan kontrak, biaya proyek, serta rekonsiliasi dengan catatan keuangan. Kandidat ideal memiliki kemampuan analitis kuat, mampu bekerja mandiri, dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.

Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll end to end
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field
• Comfortable working independently and meeting payroll deadlines
• Detail-oriented and confident with numbers
• Familiar with ERP or payroll systems (is a plus)
• Able to manage and maintain large volumes of data
• Proficient in Google Workspace and digital administrative systems
• Good communication skills, adaptive, and proactive
• Able to commit for the full 2-months project period
