Job summary

Abstract Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant for an on-site role in Jakarta. The consultant will contribute to a major HR transformation, covering design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

You will work across payroll processes, Time Management, and integration activities, engaging with stakeholders and project teams for a successful rollout. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and implementation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP in full lifecycle projects.
• Strong background in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management integration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, build and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Support lifecycle from requirements through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Configure and optimise ECP to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams and key users.
• Support testing and training activities; ensure payroll accuracy.
