Job summary

NEX Entertainment is seeking a meticulous Senior Payroll Administrator to oversee end-to-end payroll for full-time employees, freelancers, and partners in BSD, Indonesia. You will manage Talenta HRIS, ensure BPJS, PPh 21, WLKP, and Disnaker compliance, and coordinate with HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver accurate payroll data.

In this role, you will verify attendance, reconcile data, and handle contracts and onboarding/offboarding documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, business administration, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of payroll/HR operations experience with strong payroll focus.
• Proficiency in Mekari Talenta HRIS and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (BPJS Kesehatan/Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, WLKP, Disnaker).
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical mindset, and discretion with sensitive salary data.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll for employees, freelancers, and partners, including base salary, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain and update employee master data and HRIS records (Talenta).
• Reconcile attendance, leave, overtime, and late arrivals in Talenta prior to payroll finalization.
• Audit and verify supporting documents before payments; generate payroll summaries and labor cost reports.
• Administer BPJS registrations and tax data; coordinate with Legal for WLKP and Disnaker compliance; manage contracts and onboarding/offboarding documents.
