PT Payrol Prima Indonesia - KPSG Group (member of Anabatic Holding) is seeking an entry-level Payroll Administrator in Tangerang. You will support day-to-day payroll processing, ensuring outputs meet customer requirements and quality standards, aligned with SOPs and SLAs.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential, with good written and spoken English. Willingness to work at Graha Anabatic, Tangerang on-site employment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax with GPA at least 3.0/4.0.
• Fresh graduates welcome; payroll experience is an advantage.
• English proficient in writing and speaking.

Responsabilités

• Ensure day-to-day payroll operations meet customer requirements and SLA.
• Prepare accurate payroll outputs in line with SOP.
• Maintain quality and compliance in payroll administration.

To complete day to day operation based on project assigned, by ensuring all deliverables Payroll output are being fully delivered and delivering proper quality of payroll output based on customer’s requirement and in line with standard operating procedures and SLA agreed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance, Tax or related major, with GPA min. 3,00 of 4,00
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, but have experiences in processing payroll or payroll administration is an advantage
• English literate both writing and speaking is a must
• Proficient in Ms. Excel
• Interested in working with detail & administration
• Willing to be placed at PT Payrol Prima Indonesia - KPSG Group (member of Anabatic Holding), which is located in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
