Job summary

Prysmian Group Indonesia is seeking a Fixed-Term Payroll Administrator in Cikampek, West Java to cover maternity leave for approximately 7 months. The role supports HR operations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local regulations.

The successful candidate will work with Finance and HR teams, manage records, and contribute to efficiency improvements while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Payroll experience is a must.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely, compliant salary payments.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including BPJS, insurance, leave administration, and welfare.
• Prepare workforce analytics and HR reports to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with Finance to align payroll records and cost reports.
• Handle recruitment from requisition through onboarding in the Plant.
• Coordinate training plans and development initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and appraisals.
• Engage shopfloor to monitor attendance and relations.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist HR projects and digitalization initiatives.
