Job summary

Prysmian Group in Indonesia is seeking a conscientious HR professional to support payroll and benefits administration at our Cikampek plant. The role covers end-to-end payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance with local policies.

Working closely with the HR Manager and Finance, you will ensure accurate salary processing, timely reporting, and smooth HR operations during maternity leave coverage for about seven months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with payroll systems and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and statutory payments.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and related claims.
• Prepare workforce analytics and HR reports.
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll records and accruals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training in the Plant.
• Promote and support HSE and employee engagement initiatives.
