Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience working in payroll especially in promoters management and achievements calculations.
• Ability to speak in English.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing for all brands.
• Review incentive calculations, salary components, and payroll discrepancies.
• Investigate failed salary payments, bank account issues, and back payments.
• Prepare labor cost reports and salary-related analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, Retail, and Trainers regarding payroll-related issues.
• Process salary reimbursements for promoters under the third-party arrangement.
• Extract, consolidate, and prepare monthly attendance data and sharing it with Trainers for review.
• Collect and review attendance feedback from Trainers, then update and finalize the attendance data before payroll processing.
• Coordinate with Retail, Area Teams, and Trainers to resolve promoter-related issues.
• Discuss and develop operational guidelines to prevent recurring promoter-related issues.
• Prepare and share the list of promoters subject to partnership termination based on assessment results.
• HR Systems & Process Improvement: Investigate employee information inconsistencies in our HRIS systems.
• Identify potential root causes and collect supporting data.
• Coordinate directly with IT teams to troubleshoot system errors.
• Follow up on reported issues until a resolution is confirmed.
• Conduct system testing, including bulk processing and onboarding improvements.
• Propose system optimizations to reduce recurring errors and manual work.
