Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a seasoned Sales and Partnerships professional in Jakarta to identify and secure strategic merchant partnerships for Indodana PayLater. You will manage onboarding for online merchants, drive growth strategies, and negotiate beneficial terms to expand our merchant ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, fintech or banking experience, and strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or related fields.
• Proven experience in a target-driven environment with high mobility.
• Prior experience in fintech and/or banking is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships with merchants and strategic partners aligned with company objectives.
• Acquire and manage online merchants and ensure smooth onboarding for Indodana PayLater solutions.
• Develop customer acquisition strategies and drive short-term growth initiatives.
• Drive growth of Indodana PayLater by establishing partnerships with online merchants (website/mobile app).
• Negotiate with clients/partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners and introduce new programs to expand partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership programs for profitability and effectiveness.
• Collaborate withMarketing on sales growth campaigns and with Product on feature development based on market needs.
