Job summary

PT Pratama Interdana Finance (YesssCredit) is seeking a Merchant Partnerships Specialist to develop and manage our merchant network in Indonesia. You will drive sales growth by ensuring product availability, system readiness, and smooth transaction processing across the region.

You will provide training to merchant staff on product knowledge and sales execution, monitor merchant performance and credit quality, and build strong, long-term relationships to sustain business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage merchant partnerships in the assigned area to support sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Provide training and coaching to merchant staff to ensure proper product knowledge and effective sales execution.
• Ensure proper channel execution and POS readiness, including product availability, system readiness, and smooth transaction processes.
• Monitor merchant performance and sales activities to identify opportunities and improve business results.
• Monitor credit risk and transaction quality to maintain healthy and sustainable business performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnership and business growth.
