Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group in Makassar seeks a proactive marketing lead to drive events, partnerships, and local campaigns that boost student acquisition and brand visibility. You will source events through canvassing with schools, malls, communities, and partners, and manage end-to-end event planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.

You will develop partnerships, negotiate activities, and oversee campaigns with data-driven insights to improve acquisition efficiency.

Qualifications

Relevant degrees and training in the fields of marketing or retail.
Excellent communication and 'people' skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Sparks team and third parties.
Great presenter and strong persuasion skills.
A good team player with the ability to lead and motivate the team to increase sales.
Data driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales and marketing.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (active).

Responsibilities

Serve as the marketing focal point for the assigned area and end-to-end event planning.
Identify, source, and coordinate partnerships that support lead generation and brand visibility.
Plan, execute, and monitor local marketing campaigns and budget coordination; evaluate outcomes and propose improvements.
