Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group in Cirebon seeks a Marketing Executive Partnership (Sparks) to act as the regional marketing focal point. You will source events with schools, malls, and communities, and craft concepts aligned with student growth goals.

You will lead end-to-end event planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring SOP and budget compliance. Strong presenters with bilingual skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in marketing or retail related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management or partnerships, preferably edu sector.
• Excellent communication and people skills with Sparks team and partners.
• Strong presenter and persuasive abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
• Analytical planning and forecasting using sales data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the marketing focal point for the Cirebon area.
• Identify and source events via canvassing with schools, malls, communities, and partners.
• Develop event concepts aligned with acquisition and student growth goals.
• Plan and execute events end-to-end: ideation, budgeting, coordination, logistics, on-site.
• Ensure events follow SOP, timeline, and allocated budget.
• Support on-ground engagement and pitching to maximize conversions.
• Conduct structured post-event evaluation and propose improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, malls, and communities.
• Negotiate partnership activities to support lead generation and brand visibility.
• Monitor local marketing initiatives and manage expenses within budget.
• Provide data-based recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency.
