Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group in East Java, Indonesia seeks a marketing events lead to drive local growth. You will act as the marketing focal point for the assigned area, source events through canvassing of schools, malls, communities, and partners, and develop end-to-end event concepts aligned with acquisition goals.

You will plan and execute events from ideation to on-site delivery, manage budgeting, logistics, and post-event evaluation, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as marketing focal point for the assigned area.
• Source events via canvassing (schools, malls, communities, partners).
• Develop event concepts aligned with acquisition and student growth.
• Plan and execute events end-to-end: ideation, budgeting, logistics, on-site.
• Ensure events follow SOP, timeline, and budget.
• Support on-ground engagement and pitching to maximize conversions.
• Post-event evaluation and proposed improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, malls, communities, partners.
• Conduct canvassing and pitching to open collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership activities for lead generation and brand visibility.
• Maintain ongoing partner engagement for recurring collaborations.
• Support local marketing initiatives and budget alignment.
• Monitor expenses and provide data-based recommendations.
• Provide insights to improve acquisition efficiency and event effectiveness.
