Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group in Semarang is seeking a Marketing Executive Partnership to act as the marketing focal point for the region, sourcing innovative events and partnerships to drive acquisition and student growth.

You will plan and execute end-to-end events, coordinate stakeholders, monitor budgets, and provide post-event analysis to optimize impact; English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degrees and training in marketing or retail.
• At least 1 years of experience in event management / partnership (edu industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills and the ability to build strong relationship with Sparks team and all related third parties.
• Great presenter and strong persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the marketing focal point for the assigned area; identify events and partnerships.
• Develop event concepts aligned with acquisition and student growth objectives.
• Plan and execute events end-to-end: ideation, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, malls, communities, and other partners.
• Support execution of local marketing initiatives and monitor budgets.
• Conduct structured post-event evaluation and propose improvement plans.
