GrabMart Kilat in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Partnership Strategy Manager (Full time) to lead the partnership strategy for GrabMart. You will manage existing strategic partners and oversee onboarding, incubation, and end-to-end GTM execution to scale growth.

You will report to the Head of GrabMart Indonesia and collaborate with Commercial, Growth, Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive partner acquisition, retention, and performance across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the partnership team for GrabMart, owning the partner journey from onboarding through incubation.
• Collaborate with partners to successfully launch the official store.
• Plan and execute GTM to ensure readiness across GrabMart stakeholders.
• Develop partner strategies that grow acquisition and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches and ongoing partnership performance.
• Own territory strategy by coordinating with Account Managers to drive partner acquisition and retention.
• Monitor promo execution in the territory, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
• Lead leads creation across Enterprise and Territory levels.
• Ensure structured planning, tracking, and reporting of partner pipeline and launches.
