Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Partnership Strategy Manager (Full time) to lead GrabMart's partnership strategy. You will manage existing strategic partners, including onboarding and incubation, and drive end-to-end GTM executions with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Head of GrabMart Indonesia and focuses on partner growth, launches, and performance across national and territory levels.

Qualifications

7+ years in partnership/merchant management.
Experience with brands/principals in e-commerce.
Proven team leadership experience.
Strong end-to-end partnership capability with tracking and reporting.
Experience with GTM for store launches.
Excellent stakeholder management across functions.
English required for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead the partnership team for GrabMart, owning onboarding through incubation.
Collaborate with partners to launch official stores.
Plan and execute GTM for readiness across GrabMart stakeholders.
Build and execute partner strategies to grow acquisition and performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams for smooth launches and ongoing performance.
Drive partner acquisition and retention with Account Managers in each area.
Monitor promo execution in territory, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Lead lead creation across Enterprise and Territory levels.
Ensure structured planning, tracking, and reporting of partner pipeline.
