Job summary

ALTO Network is seeking a Partnership Intern to help the Partnerships Management team build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will research potential partners, support initiatives to improve partnership strategy, and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year in any major, Fintech preferred.
• Fresh graduate or final year on Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning about business partnerships and the payment industry.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn about business partnerships, collaboration strategies, and corporate relationship management. As a Partnership Intern, the candidate will assist the Partnerships Management in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external), researching potential partners, supporting various initiatives to enhance our partnership strategies, and coordinating with the internal department to ensure everything is in place at the right time.
