Job summary

ALTO Network seeks a proactive Business Development Support specialist to assist data collection, opportunity analysis, and material preparation for strategic initiatives. You will ensure data quality, maintain pipeline documentation, and support internal teams with coordinated follow-ups.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience in BD, sales support, market research, or project support roles, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Background in business, management, economics, or IT is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales support, Market research, Strategic or project support roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development activities through data collection, initial opportunity analysis, and preparation of materials and documentation.
• Execute assigned tasks in a disciplined, accurate, and timely manner under supervision.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of data, analysis, and documents produced; support team communication.
• Comply with Business Development processes and standards defined by the unit.
• Prepare materials and data for client or partner engagements.
• Record outcomes of business discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up data requests for opportunities.
• Support pipeline management and progress monitoring of business processes.
• Collect and organize market, competitor, and opportunity data; assist in proposals and presentations.
• Maintain documentation related to the business opportunity pipeline.
• Assist in monitoring progress of BD activities and provide data for feasibility assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Business Development activities through data collection, initial opportunity analysis, and preparation of materials and documentation, in order to assist the development of business opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Execute assigned tasks in a disciplined, accurate, and timely manner in accordance with instructions from the Senior Business Development Associate and Business Development Associate Manager
• Take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of data, analysis, and documents producedSupport team effectiveness through good coordination and clear communication
• Comply with Business Development processes, standards, and ways of working defined by the unit
• Support preparation for Business Development engagements with clients or partners by preparing materials, data, and documentation
• Record and document outcomes of business discussions with clients or internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up data or information requests related to business opportunities
• Support internal business pipeline management to monitor and support business process
• Collect and organize market, competitor, and business opportunity dataSupport preparation of proposals, business concepts, and Business Development presentations
• Maintain and update documentation related to the business opportunity pipeline
• Assist in monitoring progress of Business Development activities based on direction from supervisors
• Provide supporting data and analysis for feasibility assessment and opportunity evaluation
• Provide pipeline report to monitor and escalation business issues within internal business team
• Ensure all Business Development activities and documentation comply with company policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of business, client, and partner information
• Support completeness of documentation for audit and internal review purposes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field Background in business, management, economics, or IT is an advantage
