Job Description
Support the administrative process for onboarding new financial partners, including KYC and documentation preparation.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for potential and ongoing financing partnerships (follow-ups, tracking, data gathering, and file management).
Coordinate and maintain communication between internal teams and external financial partners.
Ensure all financing activities meet internal and external compliance requirements.
Assist in reviewing current administrative workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Support the development and execution of automation and process-improvement initiatives.
Prepare documents, reports, and templates needed for automation readiness and operational standardization.
Requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
