Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year in any major, Fintech preferred.
• Fresh graduate or final year on Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning about business partnerships and the payment industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partnerships Management in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external).
• Research potential partners and support initiatives to enhance partnership strategies.
