• Partnership Performance Management: oversee partner performance, optimize OKRs, and manage costs and gross profit.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks for each partnership.
• Integration & Development Process: lead integration between DIPAY and partners, align timelines and product compatibility.
• Issue Resolution & Process Optimization: act as primary contact for partnership issues and continuously improve workflows.

Job description

Dipay is a digital wallet and payment gateway app in Indonesia. Dipay brings together a range of financial services in one app — digital payments, e-wallet and mobile credit top-ups, interbank transfers and QRIS.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner Acquisition & Negotiation

• Identify, acquire, and lead negotiations with strategic partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure deals align with DIPAY's goals and objectives

2. Partnership Performance Management

• Oversee the performance of partnerships on a daily basis, ensuring OKR are met and optimized.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships that support business expansion and product enhancement.
• Focus on optimizing cost efficiency in partnership operations, including cost of funds, cost of money movement, and cost of goods & services.
• Own performance targets, ensuring continuous improvement in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and gross profit.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and implement risk mitigation strategies for each partnership.

6. Integration & Development Process

• Lead the integration process between DIPAY and partners, ensuring timelines, resource allocation, and product compatibility align with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design initiatives with partners that drive product success and ensure the alignment of business strategies.

8. Issue Resolution & Process Optimization

• Act as the primary point of contact for partnership issues, escalating as necessary, and work on continuous improvements in workflow, procedures, and internal processes.

Requirements

• - Strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills, with experience building and managing mutually beneficial relationships.
• - Solid Sales/neogtiation skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing in B2B or fintech-related contexts.
• - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• - Robust Analytical Skills for assessing partnership performance, interpreting data, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• - Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• - Proficiency in English and Indonesian, and familiarity with local market dynamics in Jakarta and broader Indonesia.
