Job summary

Jubelio in Jakarta is seeking a Partner Success Associate to manage client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure high satisfaction across ecommerce and logistics accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver value.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment on-site in Jakarta Selatan, with English fluency as a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 1 to 2+ years experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics/Shipment, or Warehouse is advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing knowledge and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, including training, adoption, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal departments to fulfill client needs effectively.
• Be the voice of the customer, provide internal feedback, and help build roadmaps.
• Stay up-to-date on product development and releases.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Monitor trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client.

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes manage, training, increasing adoption, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them, build roadmaps, and track progress towards solving customer problems.
• Stay up-to-date on product development and the latest releases.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 to 2+ years experience as an Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Success, or other customer facing related positions.
• Previous Experience in E-Commerce, Logistic/Shipment or Warehouse is an advantage for this position.
• Significant knowledge and expertise in a customer-facing role
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Proactive on how to solve problems or improve processes within the company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate data & issues to senior management
• Fluent in English verbal communication is an advantage for this position
• Confidence working with ambiguity, unknown variables, and problem statements (and find ways to bridge those gaps, when necessary.)
• Must be willing to work in WFO arrangement, placement in Jakarta Selatan.n
