Job summary

TikTok PTE LTD (TikTok) is seeking a Partner Operations Manager for Video Safety Operations in the Regional Partner Success team to drive quality improvements using Quality Data Measurement. You will bridge the TnQ team and partner teams, pushing moderation performance across our partner footprint.

The role focuses on delivering core OKRs (latency, quality, wellness), managing vendor relationships, budget adherence, and continuous process improvements such as workforce management and workload

Qualifications

• University graduate and preparation for operations roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Project management or leadership experience (internships, campus projects).
• Prior internship or exposure to operations/vendor/partnership roles in Indonesian contexts.
• Maturity in professional conduct and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program/project delivers core OKRs (Latency, quality, wellness).
• Hold partner sites accountable and set a path to operational excellence.
• Ensure budgeting and financial accounting of vendor partner activities.
• Own partner relationships for outsourcing performance and vendor management.
• Identify operational/performance risks and mitigations within sites/lines of business.
• Articulate site performance and remediation plans to executives.
• Manage multiple responsibilities, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Champion continuous improvement by re-engineering site processes (WFM, floor management, workload prioritization).
• Manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and SOP adherence.

This role is part of the Regional Partner Success team, to support driving quality improvements, leveraging key data inputs from Quality Data Measurement. This role will be a key conduit between the TnQ team and our partner teams and will be expected to drive performance metrics with our moderation teams across our Partner footprint. Responsibilities

• You will ensure the program/project is successful through strong service delivery of core OKR/goals ( Latency, quality, wellness)
• You will hold the partner site accountable and help set a clear path towards operational excellence
• You will ensure adherence to budget and accurate financial accounting of vendor partner production, training and other expenses
• You will own the partner relationship for outsourcing performance including monitoring delivery, vendor performance management.

This includes identifying operational and performance risk and mitigations proactively within the assigned sites and/or lines of businesses.

• You will crisply articulate site performance and any remediation plans to an executive level
• You are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and effectively, and efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• University graduate (UI, ITB, UGM, Foreign university etc.)
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated project management or leadership experience (e.g. internships, campus projects/organization, extracurricular initiatives)
• Prior internship or exposure to operations, vendor management, or partnership roles; preferably within Indonesian companies or industries
• Maturity in professional conduct and ability to work with stakeholders

Preferred Qualification(s)

• General awareness of the content moderation or tech industry landscape
• Experience in data analysis or reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence or negotiate in a team setting
