Job summary

The role emphasizes KPIs, SOP development, process improvements, and close collaboration with Marketing for campaigns and launches, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of: content moderation, data annotation, e-commerce, telemarketing, or customer service operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent English and native Indonesian proficiency.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience with established companies in relevant industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business lines and management teams, leading an operational workforce of approximately 300-400 employees
• Drive operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, productivity, conversion rates, and attrition control
• Monitor daily performance, implement improvement plans, and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
• Develop standardized SOPs, service quality standards, performance management systems, and operational dashboards
• Lead new client projects and business initiatives, including market research, manpower planning, service solution design, pricing, team setup, and project launches
• Report operational performance, business risks, resource requirements, and project progress to senior management

Key responsibilities
