Responsibilities

• Ensure program success through delivery of OKRs/goals (latency, quality, wellness).
• Keep partner sites accountable and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure budget adherence and financial accounting for partner production, training, and expenses.
• Own outsourcing performance including monitoring delivery and vendor performance.
