Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly barista to join our Jakarta outlet. You will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, interact with customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include following recipes and presentation standards, handling cash, supporting stock organization, and ensuring health and sanitation guidelines are followed. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standards.

Job description

To provide customer service to all customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are n following:

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard.

Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.

Responsible for stock arrangement

Greet and connect with every customer.

Maintains a calm composure during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.

Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

Communicates information to outlet supervisor or manager so that the team can respond as necessary during each shift.

Delivers customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

Discovers and responds to customer needs.

Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.

Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.

Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.

Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
