Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, specialty teas, and smoothies, adhering to quality standards and recipes.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.

Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional benefits, to provide recommendations and answer any customer inquiries.

Quality Control: Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation, and actively monitor product freshness and inventory levels.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and dining area, following established hygiene and sanitation procedures to uphold health and safety standards.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including kitchen staff and servers, to facilitate smooth operations and provide seamless service to our guests.
