Job summary

Yayasan Edukasi Allia (Middleton by EtonHouse Pre-School Surabaya) is seeking a Parents Liaison Executive to manage administrative tasks, public relations, and marketing activities. You will conduct tours for prospective families, handle inquiries, and coordinate Open Houses with the Principal.

The role also includes maintaining student and visitor records, processing admissions, handling payments, and coordinating promotional events to attract new families.

Responsibilities

• Providing school tours to prospective parents around the school’s facilities
• Collecting feedback from parents and visitors
• Documenting all complaints or queries raised by enquirers, visitors, prospective and current parents and bringing such to the attention of the Principal
• Attending school functions and Open House events outside contracted hours as required
• Maintaining records of students, visitors and general maintenance of the school
• Handling petty cash and reporting
• Processing admission and withdrawal documents
• Keeping track of student numbers in the school
• Processing payments and issuing receipts
• Planning Open House with the Principal and coordinating promotions or marketing strategies
• Planning other marketing activities to promote the school such as events, education fairs, exhibitions or editorials
• Sending school announcements and newsletters to parents by email or mail
• Liaising with third party vendors for events and/or maintenance
• Ensuring the safety of the school premises
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
