Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute events from planning to implementation
• Develop and implement ticket sales strategies to meet targets
• Identify and establish partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and partners
• Conduct pitching, negotiation, and follow-up with potential sponsors and partners
• Create databases and monitor ticket sales and sponsorship
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, talent, and crew
• Ensure all event requirements are prepared and executed according to schedule
• Prepare post-event evaluation and reports
