Job summary

The Island Sports Club in Bali seeks an enthusiastic Bartender / Barista Staff to deliver exceptional beverage service for members and guests at our Gatsu, Denpasar Bali location. You will work in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in bartending or barista roles, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate with kitchen and floor teams.

Placement & Training

This position will be based at Gatsu, Denpasar Bali.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, or bar staff in restaurants, cafés, bars, or hospitality venues.

Customer Service: Friendly, energetic, and able to provide excellent service to guests.

Communication: Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Teamwork: Able to work well with kitchen staff, service staff, and other team members.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during events and busy hours.

Attention to Detail: Ability to prepare beverages accurately and maintain high presentation standards.

Passion for Hospitality: Enjoy creating a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.

Must be based in Bali.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bartender / Barista Staff, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional beverage service experiences for our members and guests.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Ensure stock availability and assist with inventory control.

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.

Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth operations.

Support operations during events, tournaments, and busy periods.

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
